Aniimo System Requirements
PC and mobile numbers published around Global CBT — dated, steep for a colourful creature game, and still allowed to move at launch.
Aniimo looks like a friendly creature walk and then asks for a GTX 1060-class PC and a recent phone. The tables below are the Steam page / Global CBT FAQ numbers, not a guarantee that 16 September 2026 will ship the same floors. Pawprint can still raise RAM, add a shader-compilation warning, or cut mobile size. Recheck Steam app 4126040 and the mobile store listings the week you install.
The game is still upcoming: PC and consoles on 16 September 2026, mobile on 23 September 2026. Specs do not mean it is playable today. See release date for clocks and platforms for stores.
PC — minimum (Steam / CBT)
| Item | Minimum |
|---|---|
| OS | 64-bit Windows 10 |
| CPU | Intel Core i7-9700 / AMD Ryzen 5 3600X or above |
| RAM | 12 GB |
| GPU | NVIDIA GTX 1060 / AMD Radeon RX 6600 |
| API | DirectX 11 |
| Network | Broadband (always-online assumption) |
| Storage | 45 GB available |
A GTX 1050, 8 GB RAM, or a 30 GB partition sits below this list. Closed-beta launchers also refused devices that failed the first-run hardware check. Do not promise a four-player session on a 4 GB laptop GPU.
PC — recommended (Steam / CBT)
| Item | Recommended |
|---|---|
| OS | 64-bit Windows 10 or later |
| CPU | Intel Core i7-12700F / AMD Ryzen 7 7700X or above |
| RAM | 16 GB or more |
| GPU | NVIDIA RTX 3070 8 GB / AMD Radeon RX 6800 or above |
| API | DirectX 11 |
| Network | Broadband |
| Storage | 45 GB available |
Recommended is the “open-world + Twine + four-player party” card, not a 1080p esports preset. Idyll is foliage-heavy. If you live at 1440p or want frame-time stability while four Aniimo skills overlap, treat the 3070/6800 line as the real floor and leave the 1060 for low settings.
Steam Deck compatibility is still Unknown. A 1060-class desktop minimum is not a vote of confidence for handheld TDP. Try it if you enjoy experiments; do not buy a Deck for Aniimo on that unknown tile.
Older FAQ copy (Xbox-era site language) listed much softer CPUs and 8 GB RAM. Ignore those. The Steam table is the one testers were held to in 2026. This wiki reprints Steam.
Mobile — iOS (Global CBT FAQ set)
| Item | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | iOS 16 | iOS 16 or higher |
| RAM | 6 GB | 6 GB or more |
| Device | iPhone 12 class | iPhone 14 Pro or higher |
A separate iOS technical test in late 2025 used a harsher device list (14 Pro-class minimum). That was a smaller US-leaning tech test, not the Global CBT floor. If your phone is an iPhone 11 or an iPad the studio did not list, assume no until the App Store page says otherwise.
Mobile — Android (Global CBT FAQ set)
| Item | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| SoC | Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 / MediaTek Dimensity 9000 | Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 / Dimensity 9200 or higher |
| OS | Android 10 | Android 10 or higher |
| RAM | 6 GB | 8 GB or more |
Helio G-series and old Snapdragon 7xx chips are not on the table. Thermals matter as much as the SoC name: Twine combat plus open-world streaming will cook a phone that only “runs Genshin on low.”
Download size
| Client | CBT / Steam figure | Practical advice |
|---|---|---|
| PC | 45 GB | Leave 60 GB+ for patches, shader cache, and a Windows update |
| iOS / Android | about 25 GB | Leave extra free space; stores hate 100% full devices |
These sizes will change. Day-one patches on F2P launches like to add a few gigabytes after you already bragged that you “had room.” Preload is not confirmed; see release date.
CBT caveat (read this twice)
Every number on this page is a test-era number unless Steam edits the live page. Global CBT (9–25 July 2026) was a data-wipe. Performance in July is a hint:
- Shader compilation stutter on first boot of a region was a common PC complaint in creature ARPGs of this fidelity. Budget time.
- Minimum GPU with 12 GB RAM means low / medium, not “it looks like the trailer.”
- Mobile 25 GB is already large for a commute game. Download on Wi-Fi before 23 September.
- Cross-play does not lower the PC spec. A friend on PS5 will not make your 1050 Ti smoother.
Consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X|S) do not publish a CPU table because the SKU is the spec. They still need disk space and a download evening. Optional pre-order packs do not change hardware.
Input and session planning
PC tests accepted keyboard/mouse and a gamepad. Bindings from the beta live on controls. You do not need a high refresh monitor to learn Twine, but you do need stable frame time to dodge. If the minimum GPU is a stretch, lower foliage and shadows first, not render scale to mush.
Always-online is the working model (Steam lists broadband). A Steam Deck on a train and a phone on LTE are different problems from a desktop Ethernet jack. Test your network the week before, not at 10:00 UTC+8.
When the client finally exists, follow Getting Started instead of fighting the first Alpha on a thermally throttled phone. Hardware gets you into Idyll. Courses, a Heal, and a Break keep you there.
Print the Steam table, not a 2025 blog with an i3-6100. If your PC is a 1060 and 12 GB, you are on the line, not comfortable. If your phone is an iPhone 12 on iOS 16 with 6 GB, you are on the line, not recommended. Launch can still move both lines. Leave disk headroom, leave an evening for shaders, and treat “my friend’s 3070 ran the trailer” as a different machine than the one on your 1050.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers Pathfinders search for before launch.
Can a GTX 1050 or 8 GB RAM run Aniimo?
Those sit below the CBT / Steam minimum (GTX 1060, 12 GB RAM). Expect a first-run block or unplayable frame time. Recheck Steam at launch.
How big is the download?
About 45 GB on PC and about 25 GB on mobile in CBT notes. Leave extra space for patches. Sizes can still change.
What phone do I need?
CBT FAQs: iOS 16 with iPhone 12 minimum (14 Pro recommended); Android Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 / Dimensity 9000 minimum, 8 Gen 2 recommended, 6–8 GB RAM.
Are these the final launch specs?
Not guaranteed. They are the Steam / Global CBT tables. Pawprint can still raise them. This page will follow the live store copy after 16 September 2026.
